Sagar Khanduri
Asana • Hatha • Ashtanga • Pranayama Teacher
Born and raised in the spiritual atmosphere of Rishikesh, Sagar Khanduri grew up deeply connected to the traditions of yoga and mindful living. Coming from a Brahmin family, yoga became part of his life from an early age.
Learning Through Tradition
Sagar's journey expanded through years of dedicated practice in different yoga schools and traditional ashrams of Rishikesh. Under the guidance of experienced yogis, he immersed himself in authentic yogic teachings while sharing knowledge with students from around the world.
Education in Yogic Science
In 2018, he completed a 6-month Yoga Certification Course from Sanskrit University, followed by his 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2020. He also completed a 2-Year Master's Degree in Yogic Science from Sanskrit University, blending traditional wisdom with practical experience.
Teaching with Awareness
Through Asana, Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, and Pranayama, Sagar's teaching style focuses on breath awareness, mindful movement, discipline, and inner balance. His classes create a supportive environment where students explore yoga beyond physical practice.

Sumit Khanduri
Asana • Hatha • Ashtanga TeacherSumit is a highly skilled Asana teacher known for his perfectly structured classes and calming presence. He holds extensive knowledge in classical yoga alignment and has dedicated years to mastering Asana, Hatha Yoga, and Ashtanga Yoga.
His classes offer a beautiful balance — mixing foundational postures, introducing challenging alignments safely, and incorporating gentle stretching to close with deep rest. His teaching emphasizes proper alignment, breath awareness, and mindful movement.

Manju Mehra
Asana • Pranayama • Meditation TeacherComing from the peaceful hills of Almora, Manju brings a graceful and calming presence with over 8 years of yoga experience. She holds a 2-Year Master's Degree in Yogic Science and completed her 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2024.
Through Asana, Pranayama, and Meditation, Manju creates a peaceful space where students move with awareness, connect with breath, and experience stillness. Her teaching style is gentle, grounding, and welcoming for all levels.
