This multi-style retreat is meticulously designed to give you a taste of different traditional yogic paths. You won't just be doing physical exercises; you will experience the fire of Ashtanga Vinyasa to build strength, the deep grounding of traditional Hatha for alignment, and the absolute surrender of Yin Yoga to heal your nervous system.

Perfect for practitioners who want a balanced, transformative week without the intense rigor of a Teacher Training Course. You will leave feeling detoxified, mentally clear, and deeply reconnected to your centre.
